The Marie Gabrielle (or Gabriel), a three-masted wooden barque, was wrecked near Princetown, Victoria, Australia, on the 24th of November, 1869. Two large anchors remain embedded in the shore reef at Wreck Beach. The accompanying old photos showing the two anchors are sourced from books by Geoff Nayler and Doug Denmead, as well as a government guide: -
